As part of the measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID- 19) infection, our building is taking the following measures, taking into account the health and safety of its customers as well as public health.

■Temperature measurement and confirmation of overseas travel history
・When you check in, we ask for your cooperation to check your temperature and travel history abroad.
・In addition, if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, we may ask you to refrain from staying in the hotel according to the instructions of the public health center.

■Efforts in guest rooms and public spaces
・Cleaning rooms and public spaces to eliminate bacteria
・Installation of alcohol for sterilization at various places in the building
・Thorough ventilation of public spaces
・Implement measures to maintain social distance
・Bringing takeout items outside the hotel into public spaces is recommended

■Efforts at Restaurants and Cafe
・Ask all customers to disinfect their hands with alcohol when entering the store.
・Management of congestion and decentralization of entry time
・Implementation of measures to expand the space between table seats
・High-temperature washing of tableware and cutlery (80 ° C or higher)

・Wearing a mask when serving customers

・At “neighborhood map”, we introduce recommended shops where you can take out.
・”Neighborhood Guide OMO Ranger” was conducted with a focus on walking tours and social distance.

In addition, we will change the operation of some of our facilities based on an alert from the Hokkaido government regarding infection prevention.

Lunch and bar service will be temporally closed.

Sauna Plateau (First basement)
Considering the location of the facility, Sauna Plateau will be temporally closed.
We will prepare OMO Cafe & Bar’s coffee ticket and sweets for those who made a reservation for the plan with a sauna ticket in advance.
