Let's enjoy music together in Otsuka
Otsuka retains the atmosphere of Showa retro downtown, with its old-fashioned shopping street and streetscape of streetcars.
The red-light district, once known as Johoku’s busiest shopping district, still has a culture of supporting the arts, and it is actually known as a “music town” with a row of live music clubs, bars where you can listen to live musical instruments, and show restaurants.
Furthermore, Tokyo is a place where new cultures are born and transmitted every day.
Otsuka Shitamachi DJ Night will be held at OMO Base, a public space where people can experience the city’s real life and connect with the community, as a cultural event unique to the Showa retro Otsuka town.
■Date and time: 20:30 to 22:00 daily
■Fee: Free admission * Outpatient use allowed
■Venue: 4th floor OMO base
The music is carefully selected by the staff to bring out the atmosphere of Otsuka
An event will be held at the lounge “OMO Base” with a DJ booth set up!
OMO staff turns into DJs at night! In the image of Showa retro Otsuka, guests will be excited with a unique selection of songs centered on popular city pop songs from the 80s to moody pop songs.
