Social Media Policy (About “What’s New”)
“What’s New” is a website where we compile the wonderful photographs submitted by guests, locals, staff, and other third parties (hereafter “contributors”) to social media (e.g. Instagram, Twitter) (hereafter “social media sites”).
The website will contain content submitted by users who have submitted content tagged with the “#omotown + (local OMO hotel’s location)” hashtag (hereafter “our hashtag”) posted on the main OMO website, as well as content that our company has been granted explicit permission to use. The content will be the images themselves, and related information such as usernames, comments, tags, timestamps, etc (hereafter “content”).
Our company collects information posted with our hashtag(s) via third parties, in accordance with the terms of services of the various social media sites. By using our hashtag(s), you automatically grant permission to our company to use your content on the “What’s New” website. Should you wish for your content to be removed from the “What’s New” website, please follow the link below and submit a request using the form provided.
